For many people, one of the scariest things about probate may be that it is thrust upon them without any training or tools with which to navigate. In this class we will navigate the vocabulary and statutory procedure of probate in a way that is upbeat and in terms you can understand as we present answers to questions concerning probate under South Dakota law.
