Community Education of the Black Hills

Live boldly, be fierce. Learn the basics of self-defense hands-on in this community-based self-defense class. Develop skills in prevention, assertiveness, situational awareness, and reactionary time. Explore body language, verbal/physical, spatial skills, and more. A certified martial arts instructor teaches this class and is open to all body types and skill levels. Students in this class must wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle to class. FCMAA instructor Mr. Alex will lead Session A. FCMAA instructor Mr. Adam will lead Session B. (children ages 12+ are welcome when accompanied by a guardian)
