with Kelsey Murray
This course explores how everyday environmental exposures—like chemicals in air, water, food, and products—can enter and affect the human body. The class examines common contaminants such as microplastics, heavy metals, and pesticides, along with what science says about their long-term health effects. With a focus on understanding rather than fear, participants will gain tools to interpret risks and make informed choices. No scientific background is required—just curiosity about how our environment shapes our health.
