Psychology of Money - Session 1 ONLY

with Rick Kahler

CANCELED! Sorry for any inconvenience.

Have you ever wondered why you make certain decisions about money? In this engaging four-session course, Rick Kahler of Advanced Wellbeing, LLC, guides participants through a deeper understanding of the beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that shape their financial lives. Each session builds on the last, helping students uncover hidden money patterns, explore where money beliefs originate, and develop healthier financial habits. Participants may attend Session 1, Sessions 1 & 2, or complete all four sessions for a comprehensive journey toward greater financial awareness and confidence.                                                                                                                                                                        Session 1 — What Do You Really Believe About Money? (Your answer may surprise you.)                                                                                                      Most of what drives your financial decisions was decided long before you knew you were deciding anything. Using a validated inventory developed by financial psychologists, you will identify what you actually believe about money — and see the specific behaviors those beliefs are driving in your life today.                                                                                                                                                                                    Session 2 — Where Your Money Beliefs Live Inside You                                                                                                                                                   Once you know what you believe, the next question is why those beliefs have been so impossible to change. In this session, you meet the part of yourself that has been holding on, and may feel it loosen for the first time.                                                                                                                                    Session 3 — The Real Money Exercise: Becoming Aware of Hidden Money Behaviors                                                                                                         Thinking about money is not the same as working with money. In a structured experience using real cash, the patterns you have lived with for decades show up in the room — clearly enough to see, and finally available to change.                                                              Session 4 — What Do I Do Now? Integration and the Path Forward                                                                                                                                   The final session is about what to do with everything that surfaced. You will learn the window of tolerance as a practical tool for the nervous system, receive a clear-eyed look at the paths available if you want to go further, and leave with a personal integration plan.
